Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting for a hospitalist program in Fresno, California. The position offers a swing shift schedule (1 am–11 pm and 2 pm–2 am) on a 7-on, 7-off rotation, with a large team of 50 physicians and 10 APPs in a closed ICU.

The ideal candidate is an IM or FM physician, available to start in 2026 or early 2027, with Epic EMR experience and ACLS certification. Competitive salary of $325k plus bonus incentives and full benefits.
