Responsibilities

• Perform routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAS and carpentry as assigned.
• Service and repair air handler units.
• Install and repair plumbing.
• Repair and install new or damaged equipment; such as, ceiling repairs due to water leaks, lighting repairs, fixtures, kitchen and other equipment.
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

• Physically respond to emergency situations; i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, or any other emergency situation or repair;
• Service and repair air handler units;
• Install and repair plumbing;
• Repair and install new or damaged equipment; such as, ceiling repairs due to water leaks, lighting repairs, fixtures, kitchen and other equipment;
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner;
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
