Torus is hiring a swing shift Fabrication Machine Operator to run a variety of manufacturing machines and ensure high-quality production. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC-driven equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 1–5+ years of machine experience, understanding of blueprints, and a collaborative mindset to support continuous improvement and reliable energy system manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of common hand tools (drills, hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches).
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain presses, panel benders, lasers, and other CNC machines.
• Set up machines for production runs per job specs; ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, make adjustments, troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production logs with downtime and output data.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
