Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a full-time Environmental Services worker for the Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. The swing shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm) includes potential weekends/holidays and emphasizes cleaning, disinfection, and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional housekeeping experience.
• Ability to differentiate color-coded labels and/or chemicals.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures per Joint Commission and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas following department procedures.
• Handle and dispose of infectious waste and trash per guidelines.
