Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide with culinary and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines for a hygienic environment.
• Ability to prepare meals according to instructions using kitchen equipment.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication with residents and staff.
• Physically fit for a fast-paced setting; HS diploma required or equivalent; certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Day and Night shift operations (Swing shift).
• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and clearing areas.
• Dispose of leftovers and take out garbage to maintain hygiene.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and help with inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
