Job summary

Balanced Body, the world’s largest designer and manufacturer of Pilates equipment, is seeking a CNC Operator for the Woodshop in our Sacramento area facility. The role focuses on operating CNC machines, learning programs, and performing routine tooling changes to support efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience working on a robot/CNC machine is desirable.
• Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling.
• Comfort with tools including saw, sander, router, grinder, and battery power drills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry as needed for a full shift (8–10 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated with a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistent, reliable attendance and a commitment to a set work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CNC machine and run programmed operations.
• Learn the programs used to run the machine and perform routine changes to cutters and tooling.
• Maintain equipment and ensure accuracy of tooling setup.
• Demonstrate strong communication and attention to detail on shifts.
