Job summary

Cygnus, Inc. is seeking a Swing shift CNC Mill / Machinist Production Operator to support both day and night schedules in Kentucky. The role requires hands-on CNC milling, setup, and operation with MasterCAM X programming proficiency.

You will fixture complex parts for multi-part runs, perform GD&T QA, and contribute to a safety-conscious, efficient manufacturing environment. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities within our growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling required.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM X programming.
• Set up, run and operate CNC Mill per job specs.
• Fixture parts for complex, multi-part production runs.
• QA with geometric tolerancing (GD&T) experience.

Day & Swing Shift
CNC Programmer/Operator required skills include:

• Must have previous CNC Mill experience.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM programming X.
• Set-up, run & operate CNC Mill.
• Fixturing for complicated & multi-part production runs.
• QA is capable of including geometric tolerancing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Typical Benefits Package:

• This is a full-time position. Nights - 9/80 schedule -
• 1st week: 2:00pm - 11:30pm. Mon - Thu and 2:00pm - 10:30pm Fri., 2nd week 2:00pm - 11:30pm. Mon - Thu and Friday off
• Benefits package available : Medical, Dental, Optical, PPTO, 401K.
• Salary: Depending on Capabilities and Experience
