Job summary

Cygnus, Inc. is hiring a CNC Mill / Machinist Production Operator for the day shift. The role requires previous CNC Mill experience, MasterCAM X programming, and the ability to set up, run and operate a CNC mill.

You will fixture parts for multi‑part production runs, support QA with geometric tolerancing, and troubleshoot production issues using strong problem‑solving skills. This is a full‑time day‑shift position with a 9/80 schedule and competitive pay.

Typical Benefits Package:

• This is a full-time day shift position - Schedule is a 9/80 pay period. 1st week Mon-Thu 6am-3:30pm & Fri 6am-2:30pm 2nd week Mon-Thu 6am-3:30pm & Fri off.
• Salary: Depending on Capabilities and Experience
