Job summary

Foster Farms is hiring for production specialists to cut, pack, label, and grade chicken parts on various production lines. Staff rotate through different positions and work in a manufacturing setting with potential cold or hot environments. Regular attendance and adherence to GMPs are required.

The role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 80 lbs. Overtime and weekend hours may be required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Report to work regularly and on time, including overtime and weekends.
• Follow GMPs and all safety procedures.
• Able to use small hand-held tools for cutting and packing.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 80 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Cut chicken into segments using small hand-held tools.
• Pack product into foam trays and plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange trays with chicken parts.
• Inspect and grade chicken parts for production lines.
• Work in cold or hot environments as designated.
• Communicate with supervision and coworkers regarding tasks.
