Job summary

Senior Housing Managers in Lebanon, OR is seeking a Universal Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and communicate needs to the team. The role emphasizes compassion, adaptability, and maintaining resident independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, medication support after training, and keeping accurate records. Training is provided; prior experience is helpful, but not required for entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience with seniors preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler cards (can be obtained during hiring).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required, with ongoing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plan.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Prepare and cook food as posted on menus and assist with serving meals.
• Attend staff trainings and in-service meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
