Responsibilities

• Performs mold changeovers and completes minor molding machine, mold, and support equipment repair.
• Reads prints to make minor repairs on molding machines and associated sub-systems.
• Performs all mold change overs, and injection machine process changes.
• Provides basic technical support for troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Responsible for the waste removal for hazardous materials and tools.
• Verifies the correct set-up of molding machines and auxiliary equipment before processing.
• Operates molding machines with setup and processing when required.
• Completes production records/forms recording relevant data onto forms or via electronic data entry.
