Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Aggregate Maintenance Technician for Swing Shift at our Buckeye, AZ site. You will maintain mining processing equipment, perform inspections and repairs, and prepare daily and weekly reports.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, experience in mechanical repair and industrial maintenance, basic welding and fabrication, and proficiency with hand tools. Safety PPE and procedures are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair and industrial maintenance.
• Basic welding (stick/arc) and fabrication; use of hand tools.
• Preferred experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, and other equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment following manufacturers' intervals and procedures.
• Maintains inventory of regularly required replacement parts.
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs repairs and adjustments.
• Reports required repairs to Supervisor.
• Performs emergency repairs to address plant breakdowns.
• Adheres to safety, environmental and company policies; completes paperwork timely.
