Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Aggregate Maintenance Technician for the Swing Shift to uphold the readiness of mining processing equipment. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on processing and conveying equipment and prepare daily/weekly department reports.

Responsibilities include scheduling PMs, maintaining parts inventory, and reporting repairs to supervision while adhering to safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation and construction in industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and general industrial maintenance including welding and fabrication tools.
• Preferred experience operating skid-steer, man-lift and other industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform Preventative Maintenance on plant equipment per manufacturer intervals and company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of regularly required replacement parts.
• Inspect condition and operation of plant equipment and perform repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Report required repairs or findings to Supervisor.
• Perform emergency repairs to address plant breakdowns.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and company policies and complete paperwork timely.
• Promote health, safety and environmental policy adherence in all work environments.
