Job summary

Prestage Farms is seeking a Service Manager to oversee an assigned territory of contract and company-owned wean-to-finish sites. You will train and manage farm staff to ensure proper production practices, perform initial inventory of new pigs, and project weekly market selections.

Responsibilities include collaborating with maintenance to keep site upkeep current, troubleshooting ventilation, and conducting on-farm health assessments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Prior swine management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
