Qualifications

• Experience in swine production, agricultural records, data management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to interpret production data and solve complex challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Previous management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Communications, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Lead, coach, and support the FarmStats Account Specialist and Data Entry teams.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality production records and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with subscribers and deliver exceptional customer service.

Are you passionate about agriculture, data analysis, and supporting producers in achieving success? PIPESTONE is seeking a Swine Production Records Manager to lead our FarmStats Records team and help deliver exceptional production data services that drive better decision-making for swine producers.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our FarmStats Records service, mentor and develop team members, support subscriber success through accurate production reporting, and identify opportunities to grow and enhance our services.
