Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking a Swine Production Records Manager to lead our FarmStats Records team and help producers make better decisions through accurate production reporting. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, manage the service budget, and identify opportunities to grow and improve our data services for swine operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in swine production or agricultural records.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to interpret production data and provide insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Business, or Agricultural Communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FarmStats Records team.
• Ensure accurate production records and reporting.
• Mentor team members and support subscriber success.
• Manage the FarmStats service budget and identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze swine production data to provide actionable insights.
• Champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Records service.
