Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking a Senior Swine Production leader in Independence, IA to oversee wean-to-market operations, mentor FarmPro staff, and drive performance across pig flow, welfare and safety standards.

You will manage site visits, environmental controls, and collaboration with clients to achieve revenue and cost goals while maintaining high animal care standards.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wean-to-market swine production.
• 3-5 years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication & organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

Work Environment

• Nursery & finishing sites in rural areas


• Exposure to typical swine production conditions (noise, odors, physical activity)

Physical Requirements

• On your feet up to 10 hours/day


• Regular lifting (3-20 lbs), occasional heavier lifting with assistance


• Frequent driving


• Strong verbal & written communication
