Job summary

Confidential, a fast-growing fashion design and development company specializing in swimwear and apparel, is seeking a Textile Designer to join our design team. This role focuses on print, pattern, color, embellishment, and surface design with a strong eye for commercial direction.

You will collaborate with Swimwear Designers to develop seasonal prints, ensure artwork is production-ready, and translate creative inspiration into market-ready artwork and techniques across collections.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with print, pattern, textile, and surface-design work.
• Experience with embellishments such as beading, embroidery, heat seals, appliqué.
• Excellent sense of color, scale, composition, print placement, and embellishment placement.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends across print, pattern, color, and embellishment.
• Create original artwork and prints for seasonal concepts.
• Develop CADs, layouts, and specifications for embellishment.
• Collaborate with Swimwear Designers to align prints with collections.
• Ensure artwork is production-ready and cost-appropriate.
• Maintain organized print libraries and asset files.
