About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform pool openings and closings for residential inground and above ground pools.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot with pool equipment issues such as motors, pumps, filters, electronic controls and heaters.
• Plumbing experience is a plus.
• Diagnose, repair and replace swimming pool equipment.
• Water chemistry experience is a plus. Responsible for adding chemicals to customers pools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool service or related field is highly desirable.
• Pay determined based on experience.
• Understanding of pool chemistry and equipment operation.
• Valid driver's license required with reliable transportation to work.
• Excellent customer service skills and a team player.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
• Physical stamina to lift equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
