Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Construction Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in gunite/shotcrete swimming pool construction, layout, elevations, operating heavy equipment and leading a crew.

Pool building experience is required.

Must be able to speak professionally to clients and interact well with employees and crew. Must have a good understanding of elevations and modern practice of concrete construction.

This role ensures projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews on residential and commercial pool projects.
• Shoot elevations, handle grading, operate skidsteers, excavators, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities, ensuring work meets design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Work closely with crews and admin team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices in safety and jobsite efficiency.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, communicate progress, and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in the swimming pool industry.
