Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a Pool Construction Crew Member to support installation, construction, and finishing of residential and commercial pools at project sites. This role reports to the Crew Lead / Field Supervisor and requires performing field tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and quality standards.

You will prepare sites, layout when needed, handle materials and equipment, and keep work areas clean while communicating professionally with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or outdoor labor preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Understand basic hand and power tools.
• Strong reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Layout: Assist with site layout and excavation prep. Verify dimensions per plans.
• Equipment & Material Handling: Load/unload materials and tools; maintain organization of equipment.
• Job Site Standards: Maintain clean and organized work areas; respect client property; communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Daily Performance: Arrive on time; follow Crew Lead directions; stay productive; complete tasks; report problems early.

Pool Construction Crew Member
Reports To: Crew Lead / Field Supervisor
Location: Field-Based (Project Sites)

Position Summary

The Pool Construction Crew Member supports the installation, construction, and finishing of residential and/or commercial swimming pools. This role is responsible for executing field tasks safely, efficiently, and according to plans and quality standards.

Success in this role means:

• Work is completed correctly the first time

• Safety standards are upheld without exception

• Crews stay productive and on schedule

• Clients experience professionalism on-site

Key Responsibilities

Site Preparation & Layout

• Assist with site layout and excavation prep

• Measure and verify dimensions per plans

• Prepare base and formwork as directed

Equipment & Material Handling

• Load/unload materials and tools

• Maintain organization of equipment

• Ensure materials are protected and staged properly

Job Site Standards

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Support elevated client experience on-site

• Respect client property

• Communicate professionally with homeowners when required

Daily Performance Expectations

• Arrive on time, ready to work

• Follow direction from Crew Lead

• Stay productive throughout the shift

• Complete assigned tasks before leaving the site

• Report problems early - not at the end of the day

Required Skills & Qualifications
