Kids for the Future in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a part-time Aquatic Assistant Manager to oversee swim team operations under the Head Swim Team Coach. You will organize tasks, communicate with parents, and work with swimmers to develop skills.

The role requires 18+ years old, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), and at least two years coaching experience. Part-time benefits include gym access, discounts, and PTO options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR certified or willing to become certified.
• Minimum of two years coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers during practices and meets.
• Teach proper stroke techniques while coaching.
• Handle meet preparation, including equipment setup.
• Distribute awards and lead daily practices.
• Assist in creation of line-ups for meets and workouts.
• Coordinate with head/assistant coaches on practice structure and meet procedures.
• Serve as primary communicator to parents and swimmers.
• Attend coaches’ meetings and participate in events.
