Competitive swimming experience required.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop swimmers.
Ability to recognize hazards, enforce safety standards, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and conducting swim team practices and workouts.
Teach and reinforce proper stroke technique, starts, turns, and competitive swimming skills.
Provide constructive feedback and support to swimmers of varying ages and ability levels.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among participants.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment during practices, meets, and team events.
Attend swim meets and assist with athlete supervision, competition preparation, and meet operations.
Monitor swimmer progress and communicate achievements or concerns with the Head Coach.
