Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates weekly practice schedule and workouts, working with other coaches to think through practices and offer personalized feedback to swimmers.
• Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members regarding tryouts, progress, and team information.
• Provides quality customer service to all members and team members, communicates feedback well to the team, and helps maintain the organization of the pool.
• Attends all swim meets as a USA swim certified coach.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• 3+ years swim coaching experience.
• Experience with Team Unify and Meet Manager is ideal.

Certifications:

• USA Swimming Certified Coach.
