Job summary

Hubbard Family Swim School (HFSS) in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee safety, customer service, swim instruction, front desk, snack bar, childcare, facilities, and pool maintenance. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and foster a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere while ensuring policy compliance and high-quality lessons.

The role requires leadership, organization, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school degree with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Emotional maturity and genuine interest in youth development.
• Current food manager’s card & CPR/AED/FIRST AID, lifesaving/guard certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HFSS operations including safety, customer service, swim instruction, front desk, snack bar, childcare, facilities management and pool maintenance.
• Provide leadership and mentor staff; maintain a welcoming environment and professional demeanor.
• Greet customers, communicate with parents, and manage scheduling, training, and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with HFSS policies, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports related to customer retention and attendance; supervise Deck Supervisors, Swim Instructors, Front Desk, and support staff.
