Job summary

Hubbard Family Swim School is hiring a Camp Coach for the Phoenix location. Under the Camp Director, you will supervise campers, lead activities, ensure safety, and foster a positive learning environment.

You'll develop lesson plans for sports and swimming-related activities, coordinate with counselors, and communicate with parents. The role requires high school completion, CPR/First Aid certification, and flexibility for some evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours with some evenings.
• At least one year of experience working with youth or education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, active environment aligned with Camp Hubbard standards.
• Develop and lead engaging sessions for campers.
• Create lesson plans for sports and activities.
• Supervise campers during pool activities and bus rides.
• Maintain daily camper check-ins and parent communication.
• Collaborate with Camp Director and counselors.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training as scheduled.
