Responsibilities of the General Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage strategies to grow the business
• Establish and maintain customer service vision, strategy execution, community interaction, and direct sales
• Provide vision, leadership, and direction to the team
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed revenue, cost, and margin objectives
• Drive programs to grow the business while optimizing margins
• Forecast, budget, plan, and set goals effectively
• Set and manage productivity and performance expectations
• Build and motivate an effective team to deliver excellent service and grow the business
• Attract and hire qualified individuals
• Manage front desk customer service and retail operations
• Perform swim instruction as needed
