A local swimming instruction company in Crestview is seeking a Front Desk/Swim Teacher who will be the welcoming face of their aquatic programs. In this dynamic role, you will combine customer service with teaching essential swimming skills to children. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for working with children, and preferably some experience in swimming. Flexible hours are required, including evenings and some Saturdays. Join us to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required, or willing to achieve it.
• Experience in swimming preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk.
• Conduct swim lessons for children, ensuring safety.
• Manage scheduling and registration for swim classes.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor swim class progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
