Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience or sales required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome families.
• Communicate with clients regarding schedules and inquiries.
• Assist students to and from the pool area safely.
• Utilize computer software for member registration and records.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient shift transitions.
