Small Fish Big Fish Swim School is a leading learn-to-swim facility in Palm Beach County. Our dynamic team is looking for a vivacious and organized multi-tasker who thrives on interpersonal interaction in a family-oriented setting. Ideal candidates must have a passion for water safety and want to help make a positive impact on others' lives.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for fun and maintain a professional image.
• Greet and welcome families.
• Communicate with clients in-person, over the phone, and in writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition.
• Assist students to and from the pool area, ensuring lessons begin and end on time in a safe manner.
• Provide guidance on purchases to increase sale transactions.
• Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition.
• Coordinate with team members for smooth shift transitions and help achieve quarterly goals.
• Demonstrate adaptability and decision-making skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Act as the company's first impression on the phone and in-person.
• Comfortable working without shoes.
• Show strong desire to make a difference and hustle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales.

Salary & Hours

• Part-time and full-time positions available: 15–40 hours per week.
• Shifts: 2:30 pm – 8:15 pm Monday–Wednesday, Friday 10:45 am – 7:00 pm, and 8:00 am – 3:15 pm Saturday and/or Sunday.
• Base pay: $14.00 per hour.
