Job summary

SafeSplash Swim School in Lancaster, PA is seeking a part-time Deck Supervisor to help maintain a safe pool environment and support both swimmers and staff from the deck.

You will observe, assist with youth instruction, and ensure families are checked in and guided to instructors, while remaining on your feet for extended periods. We value a patient, energetic team player who enjoys working with children.

Qualifications

• A happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
• Preferable but not required to maintain Red Cross CPR/AED certification
• Preferable for previous swim instruction experience
• This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when necessary.
