$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr
The Swim Lesson Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling, and evaluating instructor staff, interfacing with program participants, and directing instructors during swimming lessons. They perform professional duties under the indirect supervision of the area or pool manager. The role involves creating staff schedules, ordering supplies, assisting with hiring, staff development, and conducting in-service training. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with staff and patrons.
Primarily outdoor work with exposure to heat and weather variations.
Earn up to $22.50/hr depending on experience, with incentives. Requires 12 hours/week, including day/evening shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
