Job summary

Join JCPRD as a part-time Swim Lesson Instructor at the Shawnee Mission School District Aquatic Center. You will ensure the safety of participants and provide an engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include teaching swim classes, enforcing safety rules, and offering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old and older.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification preferred, compensated for course if not certified.
• Pass Lifeguard pre-employment practical in-water skills test.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lesson classes as scheduled.
• Provide a fun swim lesson experience for participants and parents.
• Observe and enforce all rules and regulations.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Attend all training sessions.
