YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) invites applications for a Swim Lesson Instructor at Lake Community YMCA. In this role, you will lead swimming lessons following YMCA guidelines and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all participants.

You will build positive relationships with swimmers and parents, bring a team-oriented attitude, and attend mandatory in-service trainings. This is a part-time position with benefits including complimentary memberships and discounted child care and program

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Training and certification provided by YMCA.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines while maintaining a safe environment
