Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) is seeking a part-time Swim Lesson Instructor to deliver lessons in line with YMCA guidelines and maintain a safe learning environment. You will build positive relationships with swimmers and parents while participating in in-service trainings.

Starting wage is $11.65/hour, with complimentary YMCA membership and discounted rates for child care and most programs for part-time staff. Training and certification are provided to the right candidate.

• At least 15 years of age
• Training and certification provided

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines while maintaining a safe environment
• Builds effective relationships with swimmers and parents
• Positive attitude and team player
• Attends mandatory in-service trainings
