Job summary

Little Fish Swimming in Spotsylvania County is seeking part-time Swim Instructors to join our team at our Spotsylvania County location in the New Post community. You will teach life-saving swim skills, promote water safety, and help swimmers of all ages gain confidence around water.

Previous experience is preferred but not required; we provide in-house training. We offer flexible part-time schedules, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow with our newest location.

Join the Little Fish Swimming team at our swim lesson location in Spotsylvania County!

We're looking for energetic, caring and motivated individuals to join Little Fish Swimming as year-round Swim Instructors at our Spotsylvania County location in the New Post community.

As a Swim Instructor, you'll teach life‑saving swim skills, promote water safety, and help swimmers of all ages gain confidence in and around the water. Every lesson is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while creating a fun and encouraging learning experience.

Previous swimming, coaching, or teaching experience is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive in‑house training to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.
