What You’ll Do as a Swim Instructor

• Teaching students (as young as 3 months!) and adults how to swim using our proven, gentle, and engaging methods.
• Bringing high energy and positivity to every lesson – you’ll be your students' biggest cheerleader!
• Creating a safe, welcoming environment where kids feel encouraged to learn and grow.
• Working in the water for your entire four‑hour shift – this isn’t a dry, on‑the‑sidelines job!
• Engaging with families and keeping them updated on their swimmer’s progress.

Who We're Looking For

If you’re energetic, patient, and love working with kids, this role is a perfect match. You don’t need to be an expert swimmer – we’ll train you! If you love working with people, staying active, and making an impact, we want to meet you.

What You Need to Succeed

• A fun, enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around water.
• A passion for working with kids.
• High school diploma (or in progress).
• Able to be on your feet in the pool for 4 hours at a time and occasionally assist in lifting kids.
• Bonus points if you have experience working with children or Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (but not required).
