The Alaska Club is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our team. No prior work experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the company.

As a Swim Instructor, you will lead and teach swimmers of all ages in our lesson programs, helping develop leadership and life-saving skills while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to swim freestyle/crawl.
• First Aid & CPR certification provided by The Alaska Club.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instruction to swimmers of all ages.
• Support life-saving skills through swim programs and safety supervision.
