Qualifications

• Current certifications are required or can be facilitated.
• 16 years or older, capable of teaching various levels.
• Ability to obtain certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines.
• Maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool.
• Develop relationships with participants and parents.
