Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering engaging sessions, maintaining records, enforcing pool rules, and collaborating with the Aquatics Director to deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification required.
• WSI certification or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching Swim Lessons for all ages.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge for showing, promoting, and selling services.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group swim instruction to clients.
• Design and deliver effective and rewarding sessions and workouts.
• Maintain accurate, current records on all clients’ progress; follow progression guidelines.
• Enforce all pool rules and aquatics center and club policies.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule; arrive punctually for sessions.
• Provide excellent communication with the parents of swimmers as well as all members and staff.
