Job summary

A leading swim school in Mill Creek is looking for a Swim Instructor to teach water safety and swim techniques. Candidates will interact with students and parents, enforce safety protocols, and ensure skill development. The role requires working at least two shifts a week and involves paid training. Certifications in lifeguarding and CPR/AED are preferred but provided. Fun and meaningful work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must pass background examinations.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
• Must be at least 16 years old upon start date.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students on water safety and swim techniques.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate students’ progress and track skills.
