Qualifications

• Complete lifeguard, CPR & AED certification as part of training.
• Perform job functions in a warm, humid setting.
• Lift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules.
• Evaluate students’ progress timely.
• Interact with parents about student progress.
• Identify and resolve challenges for students.
• Maintain proper storage of pool equipment.
• Perform light cleaning duties.
• Attend mandatory workshops.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
