SafeSplash Swim Schools is hiring Swim Instructors to deliver high-quality lessons using our proven curriculum on-site. You will work under School Leadership, with training provided and opportunities to earn daily pay.

The role emphasizes a fun, safe learning environment for children of all ages and includes weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. We offer paid training, competitive pay, and perks like free swim lessons for immediate family members.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (must be obtained within 30 days).
• Completion of SafeSplash curriculum training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around water and with children.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills per SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, engaging manner.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students and parents on progress.
• Structure class time to maximize learning and skill development.
• Track students' progress and class placement daily.
• Conduct monthly parent feedback sessions.
