Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to teach children in a fun, safe, and supportive environment at our onsite facility. You will plan lessons, lead group and individual classes, and help students progress through levels while providing excellent customer service to families.

No prior teaching experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. A love of swimming and working with kids is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Attend monthly in-service training is not exact here, but safety and child-focused care are emphasized.
• Track student swim progression throughout the levels.
• Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons for children of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans and conduct group and individual lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support progress.
• Ensure pool safety and maintain a clean teaching environment.
