Job summary

British Swim School of Greater Miami is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor for our North Miami Beach location. You’ll teach fun and engaging swim and water-survival lessons to children of different ages and skill levels, helping them build confidence in the water.

British Swim School of Greater Miami is looking for an energetic, dependable, and outgoing Swim Instructor to join our North Miami Beach team.

This is more than just a swim instructor position. You’ll help children build confidence in the water while teaching important water survival and swimming skills that can last a lifetime.

What You’ll Do

• Teach fun and engaging swim and water-survival lessons
• Work with swimmers of different ages and skill levels
• Keep students moving, learning, and having fun throughout their lesson
• Encourage swimmers and celebrate their progress
• Follow British Swim School safety and teaching standards
• Build positive relationships with swimmers and their families
• Help students progress through our swim levels
• Communicate with the deck team about student progress and concerns
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming pool environment
