British Swim School of Greater Miami is hiring energetic Swim Instructors for our Doral location. This part-time role focuses on teaching water-survival and swimming skills in a fun, encouraging environment.

No prior swim-teaching experience is required—we provide training in our program and teaching methods to help you grow with the team, while you gain valuable lifeguard-like experience with families and children.

British Swim School of Greater Miami is looking for energetic, dependable, and positive Swim Instructors to join our team at our Doral location.

You don’t need years of swim-teaching experience to be a great fit. We’re looking for people with the right personality, reliability, and willingness to learn. We provide training in the British Swim School program and teaching methods.

What You’ll Do

As a Swim Instructor, you’ll spend your shifts in the water teaching swimmers important water-survival and swimming skills while creating a positive and encouraging experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching fun and engaging swim lessons
• Teaching water-survival and swimming skills using the British Swim School program
• Working with children of different ages and skill levels
• Keeping swimmers active and engaged throughout their lessonsEncouraging students and celebrating their progress
• Communicating with parents about their swimmer’s progress
• Working closely with our deck staff and other instructors
• Following all safety procedures and teaching standards
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool environment
• Creating an experience that makes families excited to come back each week
