Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring for Swim Instructors and Lifeguards. Join a team that emphasizes safety, fun, and growth while teaching children essential swimming skills and lifeguard protection.

Responsibilities include coaching lessons, mentoring, and building trust with families. Training is provided, with opportunities to cross-train and expand roles as you gain certifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old for Swim Instructor roles.
• Current Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Love working with kids and maintaining a positive energy.
• Paid training provided for instructors.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor to learn swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons for children 6 months to 12 years.
• Celebrate milestones and build student confidence.
• Create positive relationships with students and parents.
• Keep safety as a top priority in and around the pool.
• Stay active and engaged in water-based role.
