Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring Swim Instructors and Lifeguards in the United States. Join a team that prioritizes safety, fun, and skill-building for kids. Training is provided, with opportunities to expand responsibilities for certified lifeguards.

Set shifts include evenings and weekends, ideal for students or part-timers. Competitive pay and a range of perks support growth and development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids and bringing positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded and professional.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus (paid training provided).

Responsabilités

• Train with an experienced mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons for children ages 6 months -12 years.
• Celebrate student milestones and build confidence.
• Create positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Keep safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool.
• Stay active and engaged in this on-your-feet, in the water role.
• Monitor pool activities and enforce rules as Lifeguard (if certified).
• Perform rescues and administer CPR/AED/First Aid when necessary.
