We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors in the industry. Hours:

5 - 30 hours per week

Days:

Varies; Open Monday through Sunday - both am and pm shifts available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Swimtastic curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times.
• Provide customers with monthly, individualized feedback on swimmers during Splash ‘N Tell week.

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required. Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim is an absolute necessity!
• Willing to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants.
• Training in the Swimtastic curriculum will be provided - just bring joy!

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (varies based on experience)
