We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors and/or Lifeguards in the industry. Hours & Schedule

Hours: 5-40 hours per week

Days: Varies; open Monday through Sunday - both AM and PM shifts available

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills according to Swimtastic curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive feedback to students and customers.
• Organize class time to include repetition, reinforcement, and skill introduction.
• Maintain equipment and ensure timely class start times.
• Offer weekly, individualized feedback to customers on swimmers’ progress.

Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction experience is preferred but not required. Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim are essential.
• Willingness to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adults, swimmers, and infants.
• Training in the Swimtastic curriculum will be provided—just bring your joy!

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
